Meal Plan Information  

Meal plans are served from Stonsby Commons and offer all-you-care-to-eat entrée options including vegan, vegetarian and Halal.  Breakfast choices include eggs, pancakes/french toast/waffles, grill options, hot/cold cereals, yogurt, fruit, granola and beverages. Lunch and dinner include grill options (chicken/burgers, grilled cheese, fries, etc.), soup, salad bar, sandwiches, pizza, fruit, desserts and beverages.

During lunch and dinner, the “Expo Station” rotates made-to-order student favorites on a weekly basis (mac & cheese bowls, pita pockets, fried rice, crepes, etc.).  Late-night dining on Monday-Wednesday (8 PM- 12 AM), offers wings, burritos, nachos, etc.  Additionally, you can utilize meal swipes either in person or via mobile ordering from the Robeson Café.  Robeson Café offers hot entrees (including vegan/vegetarian), along with grill items, a salad bar, fruit, desserts and beverages.

All students may change meal plans through September 15, 2023 for fall semester. As a reminder, meal plans automatically roll over from fall to spring semester. Meal plans may be updated for Spring 2024. Students have until January 26, 2024 to change or cancel a meal plan for Spring 2023 (unless you are a first year undergraduate resident student for Spring 2024). Meal plans can be added at any time.

Registered Dietitian 

Nicole Cipriano, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), is a food and nutrition professional with years of experience providing real solutions for implementing healthy meal plans into any lifestyle. As a nationally accredited RDN, she is able to assist you in meeting your health goals using sound, proven techniques derived from the newest medical nutrition research.

In addition to her nutrition background, Nicole also has professional chef training. Using her strong culinary background and cultural understanding she will work with you to implement a healthy and colorful palette that will meet diverse nutrition needs. Whether shedding extra pounds, fueling up for a marathon, or meal planning for specific allergies or disorders, a registered dietitian is the safe and effective option for getting and staying healthy.

Nicole’s on campus Monday through Friday during the semester hosting a weekly program.
