Meal Plan Information  

Meal plans are served from Stonsby Commons and offer all-you-care-to-eat including vegan, vegetarian and Halal entrée options. Breakfast choices include eggs, pancakes/French toast/waffles, grill options, hot/cold cereals, yogurt, fruit, granola and beverages. Lunch and dinner include main entrées, grill options (chicken/burgers, grilled cheese, fries, etc.), salad bar, deli, pizza, fruit, desserts and beverages. During lunch, the “Expo Station” rotates made-to-order student favorites on a weekly basis (ramen, mac & cheese bowls, pita pockets, fried rice, Korean tacos, etc.). Late-night dining on Monday-Wednesday, 8 pm-10:30 pm, offers wings, gyros, falafel, tacos, etc.

You can also utilize meal swipes from pre-set menu via the Grubhub app or kiosk at the Robeson Food Court at Yella’s and the Halal Shack.

Additionally, we partner with two off-campus locations to utilize meal swipes from a pre-set menu via the Grubhub app:

  • Tuesdays, Queen Pizza (122 Halsey Street) or Jersey Mike’s (48 New Street)  
  • Thursdays, Jersey Mike’s (48 New Street)   

The following meal plans will be available to all students for the 2025-2026 academic year. The rates listed here are for the 2025-26 academic year only.

Commuter Meal Plans are available only to commuter students. Commuter Students, however, may select any meal plan.

Registered Dietitian 

Nicole Cipriano, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), is a food and nutrition professional with years of experience providing real solutions for implementing healthy meal plans into any lifestyle. As a nationally accredited RDN, she is able to assist you in meeting your health goals using sound, proven techniques derived from the newest medical nutrition research.

In addition to her nutrition background, Nicole also has professional chef training. Using her strong culinary background and cultural understanding she will work with you to implement a healthy and colorful palette that will meet diverse nutrition needs. Whether shedding extra pounds, fueling up for a marathon, or meal planning for specific allergies or disorders, a registered dietitian is the safe and effective option for getting and staying healthy.

Nicole’s on campus throughout the semester hosting a variety of programs.
