91 Bleeker Street
First year undergraduate students and some newly admitted transfer students are typically assigned to Woodward Hall. These suite style accommodations are fully furnished non-cooking units with 3 double bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, and vanity area. Attached to Woodward Hall is Stonsby Commons, the main dining eatery for Woodward Hall residents. While Woodward Hall residents are required to be on a meal plan, any student may purchase a meal plan and eat in all campus dining halls including Stonsby Commons.
Several suites have special accommodations for students with disabilities.
All rooms have both wired and wireless internet access and telephone, and digital cable.
All rooms have wall to wall carpeting.
Bedrooms are furnished with twin beds with twin extra-long 80" mattresses.
Each bedroom is furnished with a desk, dresser, and closet on each side for each student.

Returning undergraduate students and some newly admitted transfer students are typically assigned to University Square Apartments, accommodating nearly 600 upper-class students. The first floor of University Square houses a variety of retail space all aimed at the unique needs of the students. The first floor also hosts a multipurpose room and security station that is staffed with a security officer 24 hours, 7 days a week. The 2-bedroom apartments are designed to accommodate 4 undergraduate students. Floors 12 and 13 are set up to provide single room living for undergraduate students. Each apartment has 3 large bedrooms that are carpeted and furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, and closet.

These suite style fully furnished apartments accommodate 4 students, and are comprised of a full kitchen, bathroom, and living room areas. There are two configurations of rooms in Talbott: four single bedroom apartments and two double bedroom apartments. Provide single room living for undergraduate students. Each apartment has 4 large bedrooms that are carpeted and furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, and closet.

Ruth Bader Ginsberg Hall houses all of our Graduate Students as well as some transfer and returning upper-class students. This is the only university-affiliated housing building for Rutgers-Newark graduate students.15 Washington Street Apartments Residents that desire to have reserved car parking on campus, must purchase a resident parking pass through the Department of Transportation Services. The closest parking area for residential students is Deck 1 located at 200 University Avenue, Newark, NJ. This location is approximately 4 blocks from 15 Washington Street Apartments.

180 West Market Street is the first residence facility to be added to the RBHS campus. Located at the corner of 12th Avenue and West Market Street, next to Parking Deck #1, the residence complex is conveniently located on campus, accessible to all school and hospital facilities. At 180 West Market Street, there are a range of apartment types available for students to choose from including private studio and one-bedroom apartments, as well as shared two- and three-bedroom apartments. Eligible applicants for these apartments include full time matriculated RBHS students.
