Violence Prevention & Victim Assistance

The Office for Violence Prevention and Victim Assistance (VPVA) focuses on educating our campus community about interpersonal violence (sexual violence, partner violence, stalking, and harassment), so that we can effectively prevent violence in all its forms.

We also serve to support and empower those on our campus who have been affected by interpersonal violence, connect them with resources, and provide trauma-informed advocacy and services.  Our goal is to have each member of our campus community feel safe, connected and have the tools to grow and heal.

VPVA serves as a confidential resource on campus, offering crisis intervention and clinical services as well as education and training to staff, faculty and students.
