Laboratory

The following lab tests come with physical examinations:

• Complete blood counts

• Complete metabolic panels (glucose, liver, kidney tests)

• Lipid/cholesterol profiles

• Urine tests

Other tests we offer include the following:

• Throat and other cultures

• Sickle cell

• Pregnancy

• HIV testing

• Sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening 

If you have insurance through the university, your lab tests are covered. If you have waived the student insurance, you are responsible for paying for the lab test. However, most routine and STD testing are low cost.
