Alcohol & Other Drug Assistance Program (ADAP)

The Alcohol & Other Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) is designed to provide students with a brave space to explore their relationship with alcohol, drugs, and behavioral addictions. Our services are free, confidential, and available to all enrolled students.  Our skilled clinicians are available to discuss concerns about drinking or drug use, a concern about a friend's misuse, or the impact of alcohol and drug use within the family.

All counseling is free and confidential. Schedule an appointment to learn more.

Mission and Values:

ADAP is deeply committed to providing support for students who are struggling with substance use or are in recovery from substance-use disorders. We believe that with early identification and treatment of substance use related problems, students have a greater chance of improving their quality of life. We also aim to provide a range of supports for students in recovery through our Collegiate Recovery Program.

ADAP Services Include:

  • Consultation, evaluation, and assessment of how substance use may be affecting a student’s life.
  • Individual counseling to assist students in meeting personal goals related to their alcohol and other drug use and other life issues.
  • A Recovery Support Program that includes early recovery groups, sober social activities and Recovery Housing
  • Individual and group counseling to address the unique needs of students who have been affected by the use of substances by a significant other or family member.
